for safe and easy updating of Website content.
Where you may have staff who are capable of handling an amount of
writing and document management without taking their focus from other
roles, we can devise a tailored system that allows them access to
safely and quickly update, edit and create new copy to certain
elements and pages (that you have pre-determined access for). Such
changes can be made at any time so this is an ideal scenario for
updating Websites where page content changes a little more frequently
than others.....

Easy and familiar controls!
Our HTEdit CMS options allow for very easy
updating and use a specially created environment that allows for
the user to update content in much the same, familiar way they handle
documents in Microsoft Word.
Text can be typed or pasted directly onto the page, it can be
formatted using icons and buttons, tables can be laid-up using tool
bars, images can be loaded directly from your own computer, it's
all easy!

No software to download!
All functionality is based right on the Web server and all you need is
a login and password. You can now do updates from any connected
computer - a hotel lobby computer, a PC in another office, or a laptop
with a wireless card while you're at the beach - it's all your choice.

Safety and Integrity.
This option still maintains and safeguards the integrity, look and
functionality of the Website because certain navigational elements,
corporate statements and brand image can be locked from accidental or malicious
alteration. There is no longer a risk that someone will make a
mess of your entire Website just because they tried to change one
page.

Different staff can have different
role access....
You can allow your personnel department to have access to update staff
lists and details, but not pricing. Sales Managers can have
update-access to pricing and product descriptions, but not to
corporate statements. Quality Managers can have update-access to pages
that relate to standards and procedures or internal-use document templates. |
